John Clopper is a civil litigator and business attorney with extensive experience in state and federal courts. Prior to founding Clopper Law PLLC, Mr. Clopper was an Assistant United States Attorney in the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York where he represented the United States government in civil cases covering a wide array of regulatory, constitutional, contractual and tort issues. He also served as Counsel to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. He began his career as an attorney at the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, DC and also served as an associate at two national law firms.
